When you authorize the Runy Gmail Integration, we access the following Gmail data:

• Email Metadata: Message IDs, thread IDs, labels, and read/unread status
• Email Address: Your Gmail email address
• OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens to maintain your connection

Google API Scopes: gmail.readonly, gmail.send, gmail.modify

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your Gmail data to provide email integration features within the Runy platform:

• Display your email messages within Runy
• Send emails from your Gmail account through Runy
• Thread and organize email conversations
• Synchronize read/unread status
• Handle email attachments

We do not use your email data for advertising, do not sell your data to third parties, and do not use your data to train AI/ML models.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your Gmail data only for as long as your account remains connected to our service. We adhere to the following retention policies:

• Active Connections: We retain authentication tokens and cached email metadata to provide the service.
• Disconnection: If you disconnect your Gmail account from Runy, your OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from our systems.
• Deletion Requests: You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support+gmail@runy.com. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Data Protection Mechanisms

We take the security of your data seriously and implement robust protection mechanisms for sensitive data:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. Sensitive data (such as OAuth tokens) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: Access to user data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel who need it to provide or improve the service. We use multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.

6. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
